Who we are ?
My name is Karen and and one day I decided to set up a shop that sold art made by the people of Collie, West Australia.
Every day the store grows and changes with new pieces. I never know what is going to come through the door.
People are always amazed at the variety and wonder when people have the time to create.
I just tell them we don’t have tv or the internet.
I think the real reason is we are influenced by our surroundings. Our town is surrounded by tall trees, farm land, wildflowers and a river. We have a mural trail, horse riding, hiking and biking trails, canoeing, fishing and swimming that keep us in touch with nature.
Over 30 artists are represented in the store and I think that number will grow as more discover the shop.
